**Shipping Policy**

At HW Retail, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all your purchases. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.

**Same Day Dispatch**

– **Monday, Wednesday and Friday:** Orders placed before 8:30 AM (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day, Otherwise the next working day.
– **Saturday through Sunday:** Orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
– Please note that order processing time is one working day.

**Shipping Times**

– **Delivery Time:** Our standard shipping time is 2 to 3 working days. However, shipping times to remote areas can take up to an additional 7 days.
– **Order Processing:** Orders are processed within one working day.

**Shipping Charges**

– **Free Shipping:** We offer free shipping on all orders to mainland UK.
– **Remote Regions Surcharge:** A surcharge may apply for items shipped to remote regions of the UK. This surcharge will be calculated and added at checkout.

**Shipping Locations**

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. If you are located in a remote region, additional charges may apply.

**Order Tracking**

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can use these details to track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

**Undelivered Packages**

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
