By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access the Site or use any services.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, you may use our Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

– **Order Acceptance:** All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection department.
– **Pricing:** All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
– **Payment Methods:** We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
– **Payment Terms:** Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We may process the payment for your order immediately upon receipt of your order.

**5. Delivery and Shipping**

– **Shipping Policy:** The shipping method used will depend on the product weight and dimensions and the location of the shipping address. The cost of shipping is free apart from a surcharge for remote locations. Where necessary the surcharge will be calculated at checkout and is based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
– **Delivery Times:** Delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping method chosen and your location but are normally shipped next working day and delivered in 2/3 business days. 
– **International Shipping:** We currently do not ship internationally. Our delivery services are available within the UK only.
– **Shipping Address:** Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

**6. Returns and Refunds**

– **Returns:** If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. – **Refunds:** Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– **Return Shipping Costs:** You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HW Retail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Site; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
